Alinma Bank issued its inaugural $500 million Sustainability Sukuk, which was more than three times oversubscribed by investors, reflecting strong market confidence in the bank’s sustainability strategy.
Aligned with Alinma Bank’s Sustainable Finance Framework, the sukuk supports the integration of environmental and social considerations into the bank’s core financing activities. This landmark issuance marks a significant step in advancing sustainable finance in Saudi Arabia and contributes to the goals of Vision 2030.
